University of Missouri Healthcare, South Providence Medical Building

South Providence Medical Building encompasses new medical offices for family medical practice, Children’s Health and Pediatrics, as well as facilities to accommodate MRI, CT, and X-Ray machines. Facility sits on a 15-acre site that required extension and rerouting of all major site utilities, as well as addition of a new pond to provide water for the irrigation system, natural vegetative restoration, and walking trail. Though this project was contracted as a traditional delivery method, River City Construction partnered with the University of Missouri to complete value engineering to bring the project within budget.
