Project consisted of a new three-story building that included both residential and academic space. Expansion at the River Campus included music hall, practice and rehearsal rooms, dance studio and directing/acting studio. First floor included dining space with seating for approximately 120 people. Art classroom is located on the mezzanine level, and 13 faculty offices are housed on second floor. Remaining space on second floor consists of student rooms, lounges, practice rooms and fitness room. Third floor houses additional student rooms and lounges, for a total of 184 beds. Project also included 125-space parking lot.
