Project scope included new facility that consolidates seven functioning divisions of DISA Continental United States (CONUS) into a modern and flexible facility, enhancing its mission to provision, engineer and operate enterprise infrastructure to joint warfighters and national leaders. A 24/7/365 operations center and data center are in 41,000-square-foot sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). Development of 20-acre site included new access roads, parking for 650 vehicles, new utilities and communications infrastructure, low impact development (LID) stormwater management concepts and landscaping. Facility also includes space for uninterruptable power supply and associated battery/component storage areas. Building is LEED Silver Certified.
