The Plaza West Development is a 12,500 SF single-story commercial project. The new building includes two 2,500 SF tenant spaces and 7,500 SF for an Aqua Tots Swim School facility.
The swim school will join over 100 existing Aqua Tots locations, worldwide. The space is centered around a central swimming pool with 14 teaching stations, visible from viewing areas on three sides of the pool.
The building is a structural steel frame with traditional concrete foundations, combination stucco, masonry and aluminum storefront exterior with membrane roofing systems.
The site development includes parking for roughly 100 cars along with a drive-thru lane for future tenant use.
