Missouri University of Science & Technology, Schrenk Hall East Renovation

Originally built in 1940, Schrenk Hall East is undergoing a significant 53,404 SF renovation and 3,108 SF of new construction. The main goal is to enhance and expand research laboratory space to support the growing Biological Sciences and Chemistry Departments at Missouri S&T. Additionally, the project aims to improve teaching labs, office spaces, and the overall condition of the aging facility. The full renovation includes replacing all building systems, exterior repairs, and interior updates. A new east entry will provide an accessible front door from a primary pedestrian pathway on campus. With its direct connection and visibility to the Arrival District, the Schrenk East Renovation will create a striking new first impression for the Biological Sciences and Chemistry Departments.
