Steel frame structure includes over 100,000 square feet with intricate healthcare components requiring significant collaboration and coordination during the pre-construction phase and continued into the construction phase. Communication among all project parties was instrumental in its successful completion – safely, on time, and under budget, and achieved LEED Gold Certification – the first elder care facility to accomplish that rating.
