4500 Prospect Development is a new 3-story multi-tenant commercial office and retail building in downtown Peoria Heights, IL. A parking east of the building is included. Building construction consisted of structural steel, metal joist and deck with poured concrete floors, light gauge metal framing exterior walls with masonry, EIFS veneer as well as wood rainscreen and composite metal panel finishes. Project features a raised concrete platform-seating area.
